What it does
Order History adds the ability to see which registered and guest users ordered again from your online shop. It searches for orders with the same phone number or the same email address, so you can find the orders made by the same customer even when that customer has not registered.
Two new order statuses
The plugin adds two statuses to WooCommerce, so you can mark what happened to a parcel the customer did not accept:
- Receipt Denied for customers who refused to receive the parcel
- Receipt Ignored for customers who ignored the parcel sent by your store
Together with the order history, these statuses show you at a glance which customers have refused or ignored parcels before, before you send the next one.
