This data is accessed via Shopify APIs and is required for generating shipping vouchers (labels) through ACS Courier.

c. ACS Courier Credentials

• API credentials provided by the merchant to connect with ACS Courier

We use the collected data strictly for the following purpose:

• To generate and manage shipping vouchers via ACS Courier
• To fulfill order-related operations requested by the merchant

We do not use your data for:

• Analytics
• Marketing
• Advertising
• Profiling

3. Shopify API Data Usage

Our App uses the following Shopify API scopes:

• read_orders
• write_orders
• read_fulfillments
• write_fulfillments
• read_merchant_managed_fulfillment_orders
• write_merchant_managed_fulfillment_orders

We only access the minimum data necessary to provide the App’s functionality.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We only share data in the following cases:

• With ACS Courier, strictly for voucher generation via their API
• With our hosting provider (Hetzner) for infrastructure purposes

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain data indefinitely to ensure proper functionality of the App, unless:

• The merchant requests deletion
• The merchant uninstalls the App (where applicable)

Upon request, we will delete or anonymize stored data in accordance with applicable laws.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data, including:

• Secure API communication
• Access controls
• Server-level security via our hosting provider (Hetzner)

However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
