B2B for WooCommerce

What it does

Most stores that start selling to businesses end up with a second shop, a spreadsheet of special prices and orders typed in by hand. B2B for WooCommerce keeps one store and one catalog. You create a customer group with a discount off retail, approve the business accounts that belong to it, and those buyers see their prices everywhere: in the catalog, in the cart, at checkout and in a one-page order form built for large repeat orders.

Everything else a wholesale operation needs is a module you switch on when you need it: quotes, tax exemptions with EU VAT checks, a prepaid balance, XML feeds so retailers can sync your catalog and live stock, and a REST API for placing orders from their systems.

In your shop you get

• Customer groups with a percentage or fixed discount off retail, linked WordPress roles, a minimum order amount, allowed payment methods and tax exemption
• Per product and per variation: fixed prices or discounts per group, quantity tiers, minimum quantities and pack steps, B2B-only or retail-only visibility
• Prices hidden from guests or shown only to approved businesses, and a shop that can be limited to logged-in or B2B users
• Business registration with company, VAT, phone and message fields, on the WooCommerce form or with its own block, and an approval queue with notification emails
• A single-page Customers manager: search, filter, change groups, activate or deactivate, and edit everything in a side drawer
• Quotes from products or the whole cart, priced per line in the admin, accepted by the customer into a real order
• Prepaid balance: customers top up with any WooCommerce gateway and pay orders from their balance, with a full ledger and refunds back to the balance
• Private XML feeds per retailer and per group with their prices and live stock, and a REST API for stock, catalog, orders, account and quotes
• The Wholesale Order Form block: search, category and attribute filters, sortable columns, quantity steppers, bulk add to cart, click-a-price-to-hide, four designs with editable colours, and a shortcode for page builders
• Block themes and classic themes, the Cart and Checkout blocks, HPOS, and Abilities API registrations for WordPress agents
