Multisite Product Syncing for WooCommerce

Run several WooCommerce stores from one. Manage your products on a source store and every connected store receives them with their prices, variations, images, categories, tags, brands and attributes. When an order sells stock on any store, every store gets the new stock level.

Works with separate sites and with sites in a WordPress multisite network. 30-day money-back guarantee.

  • One source store, any number of destination stores, each with its own choice of synced data
  • Live stock in both directions: orders, refunds and manual stock edits on any store update every store
  • Runs in the background and sends only what changed, so a bulk price edit sends prices and nothing else

Sync WooCommerce products and stock across multiple stores

Multisite Product Syncing for WooCommerce is for shops that run more than one WooCommerce store: a store per country or language, a wholesale site next to the retail site, or a brand store next to a marketplace store. Without it, every new product, price change and photo has to be entered on each store by hand, and stock drifts apart until you sell something you no longer have.

With the plugin you manage the catalog on one source store. Every destination store receives the products and keeps them up to date. Stock moves the other way too: a sale on any store reaches the source as a change, such as minus 2, and the source sends the new level to every store.

Saving a product or taking an order only writes a small queue row. All the sending happens in the background with Action Scheduler, so your stores and your checkout stay fast.

WooCommerce multi-store sync features

Everything a product needs

Simple, variable, grouped and external products, with variations, prices and sale prices, stock, weight and dimensions, categories, tags, brands, global and custom attributes, featured and gallery images, upsells and cross-sells. Destinations download the images in a separate background job.

Live stock across every store

Orders, cancellations, refunds with restock and manual stock edits on any store are sent as changes, not totals, so two orders on two stores at the same moment both count. Stock messages always go out before product updates.

Choose what each store receives

Turn data groups on or off per destination, for example to keep local prices on one store, or make a store stock only. Data you switch off is left for you to manage on that store.

Rules for which products sync

Exclude single products or whole categories, sync only chosen categories, or build include and exclude rules on SKU, category, tag, brand, product type, price, stock status or a custom field. Every product also has an Exclude from sync box, a Sync now row action and a bulk action.

Sends only what changed

A bulk price edit sends prices only. Data a store already has is skipped. Messages go out in batches with a short pause in between, so even thousands of products do not overload a store.

Secure connections between your stores

Stores recognise each other by a connection key, and every request is signed with it. The key itself never travels between stores. Failed messages are retried automatically and listed on the status screen.

Logs, HPOS and the Abilities API

Debug mode writes detailed logs to WooCommerce > Status > Logs, and errors are always logged. The plugin supports High-Performance Order Storage and registers WordPress abilities so agents and automation can check status, queue products and retry failed syncs.

Does syncing slow down my stores?

No. Saving a product or taking an order only records which product changed. Action Scheduler sends the data in batches in the background, and destinations download images in a separate job.

What happens when stock changes on a destination store?

The destination sends the change, for example minus 2 for a sale or plus 5 for a manual edit, to the source. The source applies it once and sends the new stock level to every store. This covers orders, cancellations, refunds with restock, manual edits, quick and bulk edit, the REST API and imports.

Do my stores have to be in a WordPress multisite network?

No. The stores can be completely separate WordPress sites on different hosts, or sites in one multisite network. They only need to reach each other over the web.

Can a destination store keep its own prices?

Yes. Switch off the prices data group for that destination and set prices there by hand. Stock still syncs. Any data group you leave on is overwritten by the next sync from the source.

What happens when I delete a product on the source?

With Sync deletions on, the product is moved to the trash on every destination. Nothing is permanently deleted.

Will a bulk edit of thousands of products overload my stores?

No. The source records which products and which kinds of data changed, then sends small messages with just that data, in batches, with a pause between batches. Products a store already has unchanged are skipped.

Does it work with HPOS?

Yes. High-Performance Order Storage is fully supported on the source and on every destination.
