Do I need a Hepsiburada seller account?

Yes. You need an active Hepsiburada seller account with API access: the Merchant ID, the service key from the seller panel (Bilgilerim, Entegrasyon, Entegratörlerim) and your integrator user name.

Which product types are supported?

Simple and variable products. Variations are sent as one Hepsiburada product group with their own SKU, barcode, price and stock.

My products are already on Hepsiburada. Do I have to send them again?

No. Make sure the WooCommerce SKU equals the merchant SKU on Hepsiburada and click Link existing listings by SKU. Price and stock are synced from then on.

How are Hepsiburada orders imported?

In the background, every 5 to 60 minutes as you choose. You can also import immediately from the Hepsiburada tools page.

Does stock change on Hepsiburada when I sell in my own shop?

Yes. Every stock change in WooCommerce, including orders from your own shop, is sent to Hepsiburada for linked products.

Is the plugin available in Turkish?

Yes. The admin screens are in English and Turkish and follow your WordPress language.

Can I test before going live?

Yes. Use the Test (SIT) environment while Hepsiburada reviews your integration, then switch to Production with your production details.
